Well, does it really matter?
Jeez i already said it several times on here. It doesnt matter whether what you do is really right or wrong, as far as it meets your interests. The U.S is still our main ally, and having the U.S as the world's super power still serves our interests quite well, than having say Russia or China. We might have issues/differences with the U.S here or there, but overall we all know its still better to have them on our side/ally/world power than an Asian country like China/Russia or any other emerging country for that matter. So together(E.U+U.S) we know when we stick together like we have been doing for decades when faced with foreign powers/non western countries/world issues, then we know we have a far better chance of imposing our will/coming out on top. For we still dominate the most critical parts of the worlds economy/landscape be it politically, economically, culturally financially etc you name it. So with this we will remain the most influential region in the world for a long time to come and make rules that suites our interests through international institutions etc.

With our media influence alone, we can dictate to the world which country is 'Evil' and which one is a model/angel.lol From Cuba to north Korea to Iran. Our media influence alone is powerful enough to make wars and draw the international community towards our point of view. This is something upcoming/yearning powers like China, India, Brazil,Russia,Turkey etc dont have and won't probably have for a longggg time to come.

As i said before you might think what we are doing is bad/evil or whatever, but i must tell you it isn't really. Had Russia been as powerful as the U.S/west today then it too will be doing the same thing, it doesnt just because it doesnt have that capability anymore(unlike on its heyday as U.S.S.R). So, I don't find anything wrong in this(well geo politically speaking), in politics every country/region tries to protect their interests by ALL MEANS POSSIBLE. It doesnt matter whether its right or wrong, good or bad. What matters is if you achieved your interests, the end in this case justifies the means. So people can whine all they like, but thats how it has been for decades/centuries and thats how it will be in future as well.

So if you are not strong/powerful enough to deal with this and further your own interests , then don't cry foul towardsothers, cry for your own weakness/impotency.Me myslef i dont like this, but unfortunately thats how the world works, sad but true. So deal with it, if you cant then just give up and join our side.
