Don't know, probably talking about Karachi Circular Railway, not really a metro but almost the same.

Looks like they are thinking about future.Pakistan's economy is recovering very fast and if keeps the same phase for 5 to 6 years then you can afford metro easily in 5 to 6 cities.
But you should really do this on a fastrack basis even Dhaka is getting a metro.

Instead we shall ask Alstom to sell to India from Pakistan, but before, this ganja party should be sent packing, to their london flats.

A better idea for you guys would be to manufacture locomotives entirely in house-do that before inviting foreign rolling stock manufacturers to invest in your country & then sell rolling stock produced in Pakistan to India
