When i ran out of shows, i did watched walking dead, it was good, for some reason i don't really remember i quit watching somewhere in the middle of season 4, will resume sometime i feel like, would recommend you Sherlock and manage uptil the end of dexter's first season. Ans yes also saw frasier, it was as you said, quite the opposite comedy of it was "community" show, i always mix up some light comedy with dark shows .

will do.... I would also recommend Spartacus if you haven't watched it

Here are my top 5:
1. Breaking Bad- A high school chemistry teacher breaks bad and becomes the biggest Cyrtal-Meth manufacturer...

2. Game of Thrones- A medieval fantasy based in England about 7 kingdoms fighting over one 'Iron Throne'

3. Spartacus- Based on the legendary gladiator who escaped and fought against slavery in ancient Rome.

4. Vikings- Based on the historical events of when the Vikings invaded most of Europe.

5. The Walking Dead- Post-apocalyptic scenario in which the zombies and the evil among men rule the land.

I used to prefer films as well but after watching a TV show or two, I'm hooked. To me, films now feel like a 15 minute trailer for some reason, TV shows carry on.
I haven't watched any of your favorite shows but I'll check 'em out because I have a lot of time on my hands these day, it is also the reason why I'm spending so much time on PDF

got that same feeling, after tv shows I can't even watch a movie anymore.

No haven't watched any Sherlock Holmes, read some short stories and stuff in school but never got into that whole detective genre.
As for the dexter never really wanted to watch it for the same reasons that you mentioned, but then thats how I felt about the walking dead because right after like the first episode, your hooked because of storyline.
Love all those funny shows that you mentioned plus I used to watch 'Fraiser' a lot, it's humor in a very sophisticated way.
I'll check out Dexter, you check out The Walking Dead

check out Seinfeld if you haven't already, never get tired of watching it

Yeah I used to love watching seinfeld... Fraiser and seinfeld used to air back to back after 10pm..wow reminds of me of the good old junior and high school days

I just finished Narcos Season 1, loving it!!!!
Marco Polo is a great show, can't wait for Season 3...
I'm going to watch Black Sail next...

The TV Shows/Serials is perhaps the best thing gora have done so far!
Addictive and entertaining and much better than the movies (for me).

One thing that i do however, and most of you here might not agree with this approach, is that i watch only the serial that have ended. That way I am able to download all those seasons and just get on watch them. It is not that I cannot stand the suspense but the reason Is that I HATE half told stories and watch a running show always means that it might be canceled with the story line in half way. I won’t be able to get over that. My choice, go for the serials that have been completed.

(Not in any preference order, this is generally the favorite lot)

I liked fringe and 24 as well. Burn Notice is quite good as well.

There are SO many others i am waiting to end so i can watch them

Oh, covert affairs, Nikita if you are into action, they are OK.
