If you have too much expectation, you are heading for disappointment. Many people in this part feel that just changing leader will do the magic without they changing themselves. e.g. paying taxes, working hard. Leader can do nothing without public.

The west has progressed because the public is good and cares for society and neighborhood. That is key differentiator. Leaders comes from public.
