Well as long as you are entrusted with the authority of a moderator here on borard, I respect your opinion though I do not agrree to it.
I reserve my opinion on him ... his mentality and postings OMG do fall into "that" traits! and he doesnt demonstrate himself to be worthy of my respect.

1) I have no say in who is what! I am just stating my opinion
2) ALL members are to be respected as per forum rules....
3) If you dont respect you will land in trouble (as per forum rules) in addition to that you will only invite people to say ill about China due to your behaviour and representation of it! So always, remember that when you have the flags of your country!

Lol he’s going to try and rationalize/legitimize being a habitual troll until the bitter end. You aren’t going to change him one bit.
I’ll just video Skype with you to shut him up. That way you can ban him (and others) with a press of a button every time without repercussions.
