Nitish has made First Instalment of Payoff to Lalu ....... aage aage dekiye hotha hai kya.

BTW there is a urgent need for BJP to dilute Yadav Power in Bihar and possibly in UP.

The best way to do it is limit entry of Yadav's in bihar govt. service in proportion to their share in population. That is one guaranteed way to get votes of other castes.

In any case its clear that Yadav votes will never come to BJP.

I know that, but still that cottage industry is better than Fodder scam. At least on papers bihar will progress. Aap EE kaahe naahi dekhte hai???

Yes the problem is that to be a secular country you will have to take a certificate from the thekedaars. And "they" are not the only thekedars of secularism.
