Al-Qaeda suspect nabbed from university hostel

LAHORE: A suspected militant belonging to Al-Qaeda was picked up by a sensitive agency from a hostel of Punjab University (PU) on Tuesday.

It is learnt some personnel of the secret agency raided PU Hostel No. 1 New Campus on a tip off and captured the suspect who was living in room number 237 where a student Ahmed Sajjad belonging to Okara was boarding.

For those who don't know, hostel 1 is the HQ of Islami Jamiat-e-Talba the militant student wing of Jamaat Islami.

Sometimes I feel US->Saudis->Punjabi Army->Jamaat Isami are all one, playing on both sides of this fake war on terror judging from how easy Jamaat Islami is let go despite their obvious links and support for Al-Qaida.
