Balochistan is part of Pakistan. The guy in video does not even sound Baluchi. He has Pushtoon accent and is probably from TTP cadres.

As NATO forces leave Afghanistan, Indians are going to hightail out of Afghanistan as well and these few trouble maker tribes ( Bugti, Marri and Mengal ) will lose their Indian support.

Naxal issue is different, and non-violent naxalites have different stance against the government. So this won't be a good analogy to understand in detail, It just show one aspect, exploitation of locals.

Tribals have slave mentality for their Tribal lords,and Lords have been sucking up the whole Budget into their Bank accounts for decades..When GOP stopped them,they went up in arms and ran abroad...
