The RAMPAGE missile is a long-range attack missile designed for precise damage to a wide range of quality targets, developed in cooperation with two of Israel's leading defense industries, IMI Systems and IAI. Both industries specialize in the development and production of precision missiles. RAMPAGE is an innovative missile, developed and uniquely integrated into the knowledge, technology assets and accumulated experience of both companies. The precision missile was developed as a response to the operational necessity of the future battlefield as a "weapon opposite" - armament from a distant range, outside the area protected by antiaircraft missiles, equipped with a warhead, a rocket engine and an advanced navigation suit, Of high-quality, well-protected destinations with maximum accuracy.
RAMPAGE has the best penetration capability against defense systems, accuracy of specific damage, and it causes minimal damage to the environment, all at a very low cost compared to existing solutions. The typical objectives of the new missile are communication and control centers, air force bases, maintenance centers, infrastructure and value-area targets - even those that are well protected by anti-aircraft systems.
The missile is capable of operating in all weather conditions, nighttime, simple operation and without a "person in the circle". The missile can be carried on a wide variety of western and eastern planes, weighing about 570 kg and about 4.7 meters long.
