Is there an Emergency broadcast system that notifies people?
Do air raid sirens play?
Do we have fallout shelters?
Are only military and disaster vehicles allowed to use the roads and highways?
Can the phone grid handle a flux of calls?
Has GoI even planned what to do next??

People here Nuke each other on almost daily basis , many of them doesn't even know what launching a nuke mean .. there is no shelters, no Food stocks, both of our countries struggle to give 2 Roti to many of our civilians but we are so damn eager to nuke each other ..

We never did a Nuclear blast first it was India that started the race we just did it to secure our selves so it is Indian job to decide what they actually want. Just look at the Indian Army chief he wants to test if Pakistani Nukes are real or not.

It doesn't matter who started it , what matter is who will end it ? do you have a place to go when shit hits the fence ? both Armies have under-ground Facilities to protect Generals and military .. how many Nuke Shelters are there to protect any Civilian in Pakistan or India ? no offense we both countries are same in this regard

Do we have any other option than to fight back with nukes? Indian has waged war on Pakistan since 1947 with deploying army to Kashmir. At least I will go to the grave with the satisfaction that Modi gets to that grave as well. If you think the size and amount nukes we both have can save any one in shelters you are wrong my friend it is not Nagasaki any more these shit are much bigger and powerful they will not just wipe out 10 kilometers but whole populations.

I doubt they will survive nuclear bunkers because bunker buster are already reality long time ago.

There is nothing as Nuclear shelter the people who die in the direct attack will be the lucky one rest will die with suffering. Even those in shelter will die this is not Nagasaki the Nukes now come with bunker busters
