I have never heard of any of the low castes you mentioned. Islam didn't spread through sword. We ruled almost for thousand years over India. We could eliminate Hindus and whipe out all Hindu races but we didn't. India remained Hindu majority.
There are pashtuns, baloch, jatois, pathans, arai, butt, gujjars, siddiquis, sadat, tanolis, mirzas(mughals), kanjus and many many more. Most of the mughals are settled in punjab, also in kpk and afghanistan. Never heard of a low caste. So MOSTLY does not count. Our knowledge of present day Pakistan and Afghanistan comes from Mahabharata because of the mention of Gandhara Kingdom. The kingdom of Gandhara extended from present day Peshawar to Swat valley and some parts of Afghanistan.
