Afghanistan signs deal to set up special economic zones

Innovative approach by the Afghan government to turn the vast vacated NATO airbases into special ecnomic zones and thus attracting FDI.

As a side note : These ex-NATO bases have infrastructure worth millions and thus can be opertionalized without spending a dime from the Afghan side.
