Aerial View of Northern Pakistan

Absolutely mesmerizing . If they manage to built five-star resorts and develop it in the same way they developed murree and have international flights to skardu , Northern Pakistan can be a great tourist magnet .

Ek baar border ke uspar ki jaanat bhi dekh lu rab mere, uske baad teri janat na nasib ho to bhi gum nahi ...

Game utha di. On a sad note, overpopulation is destroying the northern areas as well.

You mean destroy it like Murree? No thanks!

Where? When? How?

Atleast there should be good accommodation and roads for tourists . Good infrastructure is a necessity for any tourist destination .

There is, plenty of it. People just don't know, and thankfully so. If you want infrastructure the likes of Murree then I'm sorry, you'd be completely destroying the places. The first thing to go would be that which those places are so alluring to tourists for, i.e. untouched wilderness.

The towns in the Northern areas are extremely over populated compared to just 20 years ago. We are even struggling to protect Deosai which is a national park where cattle are destroying the bears habitat. We need to build more national parks where people are not allowed to build any permanent structures so that the natural beauty can be preserved.

Not really. The populations are still very little, tbh. Only the larger towns have expanded, that too at a laughable rate. The villages are still pretty much the same way they used to be a hundred years ago. The over grazing bit is due to an influx of Gujjars from the adjoining areas of Deosai and the increase in their herds' numbers.

No arguing that.
