Additional S400 for Turkey

.
Enough already...! These talks were going on ever since the first S-400 deal and IMO we won't be buying a foreign system while our own products are almost ready...

. . . .
Like? So far it just has been a expensive dust collector.
But it has stopped 10s of times more expenses for F35s, which IMO the Turkish strategic leadership no longer wants...

F35s in it’s current form with the source codes written by the US companies are highly undesirable given the geo strategic goals of Turkey. If Turkey can put her own codes then it’ll of great usage for her....

Which is a very bad tradeoff, F-35 might be more expensive but Turkey was producing parts and was gonna become maintainance hub for them and would make billions just like with F-16s, aside from the invaluable experience in high tech industry.
Not to mention how much more effective a F-35 is compared to Russian junk.

What did Turkey get in return? A system whose effectiveness is questionable and a unreliable partner that cant even honor a ceasefire agreement...
Stop trying to paint it as a victory its ridiculous, its actually the biggest lost in recent decades, i cant believe how erdogan has ruined the work of thousands of engineers and decades of cooperation.

The Turkish companies are still producing the parts for F35s....

Would you not rather pay attention to retired pilot, Major General Beyazıt Karataş? I think, he knows what he speaks about, unlike you.

It's okay, Erdogan can make mistakes too... I'm not trying to offend you guys or anything but admit it, whenever a negative development occurs you guys try to paint it as a victory such as:
Already physically there in Turkey, but not activated!!! It’s a great bargaining chip to begin with....
Yeah, a 2.5B dollar worth bargaining chip that comes with many embargos and an economic crisis that we are still not able to recover from it; we also got kicked out of the F-35 program losing many years and tens of billions of dollars...

.
Not for long though, it will soon be over if Erdo keeps being stubborn.

You guys say it has been a good strategy from him, im really curious what his strategy is.

According to the following video, F-35s will come to Turkey some time in future, but in her terms!! The folk which stands up in anger sits down in loss...

#tolgaozbek #ayhantarakci #covid19 F-35'ler bir gün Türkiye'ye gelecek

As for the financial ops against Turkey, it'd have been launched anyway given the ops inside Syria, Irak, Libya etc...

Remember what happened after the Cyprus Peace Ops!!! Forget about economy or arms embargo, how many folks lost their lives during the Right-Left fights??? How many meritorious students lost their lives? How many top professors lost their jobs? And, how PKK was put into action???

Hmm resale it to Pakistan and go for F-35s from USA as above a poster said that Turkish own SAMs are ready, it will be win win situation for both.
I second...
