. . .
No, Military takes the blame for any and all court sentences, while civilian courts continue to rot with corruption and incompetency.

Civilian courts will do Sh!t in this country, even a local imam of a big masjid has more authority than that CJ of Pakistan ..

It is a high move but again in a extraordinary situation you have to take extraordinary decisions as well.

.
Where did you hear this? As far as i know this was the only point they couldn't agree on.

Civilian judiciary is either bribed with foreign country money or threatened by TTP. They cannot be trusted.

Military courts need anonymous judges with death penalties for terrorists who have committed murder.

Family members who have facilitated the transformation of these lost fools into monsters should carry a prison sentence as accessory to murder.

. .
It should not stop there.

Nawaz Sharif has a majority govt. He should revamp the judiciary. His govt should also destroy all snake pits like Lal Masjid. He should also check and stop funding from Arabs. Right now is the time. Public opinion is with him.

I hope he becomes a leader. but thats too much to ask I guess.

Military courts, even if they end up being effective, are just a bandaid.

A failed civilian judicial system has repercussions beyond the immediate demand to 'quickly try and punish terrorists' - a failed judicial and prosecutorial system plays into societal anger towards the government and existing system of governance and allows for the extremist narrative to take hold. Additionally, our judiciary is not solely at fault - the judicial system can only function effectively when law enforcement and prosecutors can build good cases and protect witnesses and judges, and laws allowing families to 'pardon' criminals are removed.

Fixing the judiciary requires fixing the various other institutions that feed into the judiciary.

The fact is, politicians & courts know how much corrupt, incompetent & big failures they really are, also they are to scared to deal with rented terrorists as they fear for themselves & they want time to do corruption & sh!t. Military courts are needed, all those who have concerns can shove those concern right up their monkey a$$es.

This SH!T needs to come to an end, Pakistan has suffered to both rented terrorists & corrupt politicians. Civil courts till date have always given decision in favor of rented terrorists & criminals.

Enemy Combatant was captured by Military.

The US, Bush, Cheney & Co., refused to allow Enemy Combatants into the US to face Civilian Courts.

The Pakistani Army handed over all captured Combatants to the Civilian Courts to only see them walk away free again.

Good. We need military courts. I don't have much faith on our judiciary

Pakistan is under invisible marshal law. Saw Raheel Sharif during the meeting on ARY, he seems very angry. Political parties has no choice to off load their armed wings.
