Mother of all evils ... no justice no peace ..... our religion is based on...

It makes me wonder how did we forget " Kufar Ka Nizam chal Sakta Hy par Na-ensaafi Ka nahe" and "Safai nisaf emaan Hy".

Actually judges are not supposed to be answerable to executive or legislation- they can only be controlled through internal check's and balances

When anyone "control's" them, it becomes very dangerous

Unlike the 22nd grade army chief who is a government servant and should be treated as such by the federal government

As per retired Supreme Court judge Naseem shah, judges are scared of the military. Specially when there is no public pressure on the issue.

There are internal procedures and then checks and balances that these people have to abide by. Once the are found in breach of these legal rules, stature or limits it any state representative can ask for investigation.

For example, here in US, let suppose Supreme or high Court judge is suspected of illegal activity. FBI which technically is under Dept of Justice, will silently monitor, spy and investigate that judge without judge knowledge, and once they have all the facts, they will call him for the interview. Ask questions and if judge deny or lie, they will present him with the evidence. At that time either judge will confess to his crime or refuse to cooperate. In both situations he will be charge with the crime.

Now his case will be presented in front of another judge. That presiding judge will have no option other than to follow the law written in books. Federal agents are professional and they have their own legal team and set of prosecutors. They don’t file charges unless charge fulfill all the legal requirements for the court. Presiding judge will have no option other than to follow the law or get fired himself.
