The Iraq military operates the AC-208B which is basically a modified Cessna Caravan with ISTAR/Light Attack abilities.

comparing the power plants. The OV-10D has two engines and more powerful turboprops compared to the AC-208B

AC-208B- Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6A-140 867 hp (647 kW)
OV-10D- Garrett T76-G-420/421 turboprop, 1,040 hp (775.5 kW) x2

sensor and what not. AC-208B wins hands down with the MX-15D and Garmin, but OV-10D/X could be upgraded to the same or better.

Weapons

AC-208B- 2x Hellfire II Rs
OV-10D- 4x M60C Machine Guns or M167 20mm turret. Multiple hardpoints for 70mm Hydra rockers or 127mm Zuni Rockets, and 500kg of Bombs
OV-10X- 12x Hellfire II Rs

OV-10 Bronco clearly outclasses the AC-208B in power and amount of weapons it would carry.

the AC-208B pitiful ability to only carry 2 Hellfire is very limiting for the Iraqi Air Force and they could of gotta something better like the Bronco.
