its a pity that Ukraine could nor maintain or sell those tanks i also saw similar pictures of weaponry rusting in Libya dont know where i saw them..

Probably due to old tech no other country express interest.

i believe some of them are t-72 which are still being used by many countries also with a couple of upgrates those t-62s can be sold to countries who need cheap tanks. they could also be converted to IFVs which they are doing and can be sold ...

Negligence, restriction from Russia plus lack of new tech and technician along with funds probably the reason behind they abandon these tanks.
