Negligence, restriction from Russia plus lack of new tech and technician along with funds probably the reason behind they abandon these tanks.i believe some of them are t-72 which are still being used by many countries also with a couple of upgrates those t-62s can be sold to countries who need cheap tanks. they could also be converted to IFVs which they are doing and can be sold ...
