The world is feeling normally without the British Empire or the Soviet Union. So it will survive the decline of the United States.

All the maniacal dictators/monarchies running around. No end to communism. No end to colonialism. No Universal Human Rights. No International laws......... and so on. This is of course Post WW2. I hope there aren't any delusions about US role in the Wars.
