Guys i have heard about indian channels being legally/illegally aired on pakistani cable television. Well i wanted to know could you name a few although i know the star plus related debate and stuffs but what about the music channels like MTV india or 9xm or zoom?? Cartoon channels like pogo ? Movie channels like star gold or zcinema or colors?? Do the adds show indian products or pakistani products??

In Pakistan all Indian channels are shown. In some cases even the Indians news channels are shown. And yes the adds are Indian ones.

And it is not just limited to India, we get to see channels from US, UK and Europe also.

A silly answer to a silly question -

Yes i have seen Fair and Handsome commercial on an indian channel in Pakistan- from there i got to know about the Indian obsession with fairness- and how sharukh khan got fair-- although he is a khan- but who cares- fair and handsome- haha

I like Indian ads better then Pakistani, especially "Mentos Dimag Ki Batti jala De "
