Yeh , Koorva and racism . Had an incident with poles when they moved in next door. Started saying racist things, put them in there place straight away and not heard a squeak since. I had a polish builder and used to banter with him and realised how racist he was when we touched upon the subject of Polish women. He couldn't accept that Polish women would partner with dark skinned men.

I've found them to be hardened, Soviet style personalities. Possibly because they are just not use to seeing so many people from diverse backgrounds when they moved to western Europe.
I've met an educated Polish lady from an urban background who was very open to the idea of dating men from other cultures. She even travelled to Pakistan. (Nope I never dated her)
