A PAF Mirage, which landed in my city today

These are the picture of a PAF Mirage, which has been stationed as a prototype in the middle of a Roundabout in Hayatabad, Peshawar. I'll update this thread with good quality pics once the Airfcraft has been up and fully decorated, but I still don't know why is it in Blue?

^^^ I didn't see PAF personnel with the Aircraft, and saw an Ad stating some steel mill or something in front of this location. So it could be the reason or a the prototype made by that steel company who are doing it independently and that's why they've chosen their scheme of color.

Its looks real- can you tell what materials it is made of? My guess is steel-
