I don't see how a Muslim could otherwise be the head of state in India even.........
I don't see if a Muslim could ever be the head of state, even though the Muslim population in India alone is more than 3 percent of it's size.

1. why bring India into every thread, thread is about Pakistan.

2. Muslim already became Head of the State in India, as the President is head of the state and PM works under him.

yes we are not nice people! whatever puts you to bed at night!!

but on a serious note i think MOST if not ALL pakistanis are against this rule!!! every Pakistani should have equal rights to government power not only muslims! this is a mullah driven drama!!

if you are a PAKISTANI you have the right to get to the presidency & Prime Minister ship!

so you mean, musharraf was mullah that he kept the amendment or the present govt is mullahized???

The President is to act in accordance with aid and advise tendered by the head of government (Prime Minister of India) and his or her Council of Ministers (the cabinet) as described in Article 74 (Constitution of India).
