Curse of 3rd world countries the bigger you become the more immune you're to any types of punishments from law.
e.g khaadi in Pakistan.

ontopic: There should be some labour law to protect workers in 3rd world countries, but am against bringing in western labour standard, no company will invest then.
there has been tremendous reduction in poverty in 3rd world countries due to globalization, this is a necessary step bd needs to go before stepping up to another level.
