AG Office Audit & Account Workers Shutter Down Strike Due Allowances Issue Pkg By Rizwan Naqvi City42 - YouTube
Yesterday was the 58th day of the Strike of all the offices of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Department.
For First 35 Days, it was Symbolic Strike, observed by wearing a black ribbon around the arm. After that Uptill 8th July 2012 a Work abandoning Strike for 2 working hours was observed and since 9th of July 2012 a Complete Office Shut Down with office gates locked is being observed up to date.
No work is being done in Pakistan Audit and Accounts Offices. This, apparently a Small Strike, has Huge aftermaths:
> Finance is the Blood of any economic activity. Office of the AGPR (Accountant General PAkistan Revenues) has refused to feed the Budget 2012-13.
This means that Development Works will not continue to take place all over Pakistan, No Salaries to Govt. Employees and No Pension to the Pensioners will be received.
If this Situation is not dealt properly by the Federal Govt. we could have a serious crisis at hand.
