this is my two cents

The general referred to conflict management and conflict resolution. Historically conflict management and conflict resolution were not affected by nukes.

India social and economic development is driven by vision and actions of the Indian elites & masses. The conflict has little bearing on the overall trajectory.

Pakistan as a strong democracy is a huge question mark. I give credit to Zardari for completion of a 5 year term and the transition to Nawaz Sharif.

He mentioned about foolishness of limited conventional war - Was Mushy listening during Kargil ? Attacks similar to Mumbai will lead to Indian military response. Your generals can push their luck. the global community will side with India.

On the NSG America's goal is to cap Indian CO2 emissions. Pakistan or General Kidwai may not care about global warming. The rest of the world might.
