A concept of Cyber Force for Pakistan

As history is witness, what a Cyber group can do. I mean, exploding nuclear plants with out firing a single bullet. Burn plants with out the use gasoline. Disrupt latest technology development processes. Locate assets deep inside ground. Re-route incoming guided missiles are few examples.
Pakistan has enormous potential in the field of IT and networks.
I just wanted to propose a force, just like Army, that will work directly under Joint Chief Staff Committee. This will be fifth of our major forces. The name of this force should be Pakistan Cyber and Data Force (PCDF).
To start its implementation, first we should consult cyber experts within Pakistan, before running to expensive international EX-PERTS.
First implementation should be soft, little loose, and then with passage of time, it should be turned into a tight dome of steel around Pakistan, and sword against enemies of Pakistan.
Just a random thought.

To the best of my knowledge, some groups are already working under different forces. But, we actually need a dedicated one.

It's a very boring field to non-IT people beyond the keywords of 'hacking' and 'cybersecurity', no pictures can be shared and barely any content can be shared as it does not exist.
