Can't get it, what does it means?
Hazaras as well as some important durrani and ghilzai nomad clans of Afghanistan were declared indigenous tribes of quetta by government of Pakistan in 1962, before that they were considered semi-indigenous

But Afghan mean pakhtun, still can't get it. Or you mean tribes living in Afghanistan and not Quetta?
