A-10 Sighting

A few days ago I saw a group of A-10's flying overhead in formation one however was behind the formation and I manage to snap a picture and a very short video. I'm pretty sure this aircraft was an A-10, every observable trait pointed to the A-10. These must belong to the National Guard.

According to this it may well be a weather balloon.
