May be every thing is not defense related something positive on social terms also happens and security improvement is good but let me ask who let the dogs out first why not the dogs culled when they started to bark at us why we wait enough to let the dogs started to kill our future.

In terms of social development, things are steadily going from bad to worse. The economy lurches from disaster to disaster. Overpopulation and resource shortages undermine everything. Those are undeniable trends for life in Pakistan, and no hope of changing them anytime soon. What you mention is only one more aspect to this steady decline.
