7.62 X 39 AR vs AK accuracy test. Is it the Gun or the ammo.

Not surprising. AR is more accurate however AK is still good enough to hit a man sized target 300Y. My personal opinion is that PA should retain a modernized AK variant chambered in 7.62X39. PA should consider a modern AR variant chambered in 7.62X51 to replace the G3. AR's light weight and better accuracy match the performance 7.62x51 well IMO.
