why the word is stealth used on this plane when the picture shows the conventional weapon bays/ hardpoints along with the external fuel tanks like any other plane? going by this definition its as stealthy as the existing F-7s

This is the aircraft earlier mentioned by the media, normally SAC won’t release official statements you know that.
