I'd be less concerned with the architecture and more concerned with the sanitation. Every American I've talked to mentions being assaulted by the smell as soon as they get off the plane in Mumbai... :-(

By a cheaper building and invest in a sewage/sanitation system. People won't notice beautiful architecture if they are gagging.
