5 Dogs That Saw Something Their Owners Couldn’t See

What is it that these dogs are able to see? Could it be the jinn? Perhaps they are sensing the presence of jinn?

What could be going on in these videos?

Dogs and cats have a much better sense of hearing than humans - it's usually that they can hear something behind the wall - or even smell something - that the humans may be not be able to.

Wa alaikum salaam brother,

dogs are also believed to be able to sense things humans cannot sense.................

why do many automatically opt for the materialist explanation of events? I think the plainer, more simple explanation is simply that they are in some way sensing the presence of jinn

I think the simpler more materialistic explanations in these matters are better. If we assume supernatural causes than we are not motivated to investigate further.

I remember an Islamic scholar who'd done his PHD thesis on the issue of Jinn possession etc and he said he'd went to many Muslim countries for research. He said that in 95%+ cases people assume mental illnesses as demonic possessions and instead of getting appropriate medical treatment they spend time and resources on exorcisms and such. The patient and the family suffers.

Consider the following hadith:

It was narrated by Al-Mughira bin Shu`ba that "The sun eclipsed in the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the day when (his son) Ibrahim died. So the people said that the sun had eclipsed because of the death of Ibrahim. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The sun and the moon do not eclipse because of the death or life (i.e. birth) of someone. When you see the eclipse pray and invoke Allah." (Sahih al-Bukhari 1043, Book 16, Hadith 4)

In another narration the words "but they are two signs amongst the Signs of Allah." Are also added.

Dear people.. it's simple science. We in Pakistan learned it in grade 9 &10 physics.
What human ears can hear is certain band of audio frequency, generally 20hz to 20khz - call audible frequency, any thing out of the given spectrum is not audible to humans, there can be slight slight variations among individuals.

What humans can see is certain spectrum of light radiation... we generally call light. We can't see spectrum of any different frequency, example infrared light.

Animals have different design, they sure can see and hear things different to humans as well, so no magic here.

You seem to be very interested in the paranormal but don't get obsessed with it though or your mind will start playing tricks on you.

For me, videos like what I posted are fun and interesting. It's not stuff that scares me. The point is to undermine materialism.

Great. We can stop the jinns of Ghazwa e Hind with the help of dogs.

Salaam,

I don't think the hadith is relevant. Dogs are known to be have mysterious capacities. I think modern people are inclined to think jinn possession is mental illness. I think this is a mistake on the part of people who are overly inclined to believe in "science". Personally, I don't believe in "science". "Science" says we came from monkeys. No way do I believe that.

"Science". Modern man is obsessed with "science". I think modern man is mistaken.

Though I haven't watched the vid that @Omar Al-Deek posted ( my dislike of dogs ), I agree to what @BATMAN posted in this post.

Well I mean it goes back to my issue that I'm having with the people taking the materialist explanation in this thread.....

I think they start with the conclusion then work backwards
.......

if you watch the video with no preconceived notions, I think it's clear......... I think it won't lead in a materialist direction..... I believe we are seeing video evidence of the "supernatural"... I think people should suspend judgement, not have any particular predetermined conclusion, watch the video then go from there

one of the top comments even directly attacked one of the arguments I saw in this thread:

"The dogs were actually scared of something and that something moved towards them. If it was something on the other side of the wall they would have gone up to the wall. That one dog would not pass in front of whoever was standing there. You can see the dogs give their owners a look like ' do you not see this s*** [censored by Omar]'"

I'm telling you.... if you watch the video and you pay attention... it doesn't seem at all like the dogs are barking at things on the other side of walls or anything like that... the comment explains the matter but when you watch the video you can see for yourself... so my advice for anyone reading is first watch the video then come back to our discussion here below.... but first watch the video and examine it for yourself

Okay, I watched the vid and maybe what the narrator said in the last section is true - that the dogs are able to sense something on the other side of the wall.

To be honest, I had a paranormal experience some years ago. I used to live in a big house that was also our workplace. I was alone one night and my back was facing a staircase some distance away. I was on the computer. After some time I clearly heard what I thought were feet pattering down the staircase. Over the years I haven't been able to come up with any other conclusion.

There is a thread some years back ago in PDF about our members paranormal experience, but I cannot find it anymore.

Talking about paranormal experience I also had one not long ago where my door was closed even though there is no wind and I was watching horor movie on my computer at that time
