The 4th Regiment of Tunisian riflemen (4th RTT) was an infantry regiment belonging to the Army of Africa which depended on the French Army.
Active between 1884 and 19561, it is one of the most decorated regiments of the French army. It stands out particularly during the First World War, during which he is quoted six times in the order of the Army and received the Legion of Honor, and during the Second World War, in the third division Algerian Infantry, particularly during the Italian campaign with the French expeditionary corps of General Juin, it is mentioned four times in the order of the Army again.
