China passed the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" that seeks to protect the rights of both tourists and tour operators. But it also has a section asking tourists to "behave" after some incidents emerged that embarrassed the government.

They were treated like animals by the employers.

I think you MEANT EAST ASIANS ?
To a certain extent, I agree that the East Asian work ethic (no offence to anyone here), is far more exemplary. Work within a timeframe is done ! Work hard - play hard

Chinese wear pyjamas in public, some chinese fold their pants and tie their shirts. Manners are also not good when they are in public.

So be it. It doesn't have to take a westerner to make a fashion statement that it is ok to wear pyjamas outside of one's house. Besides, many Indians do the same (Lehenga Kurta) for sleep and for walks...

What's wrong with wearing pajamas in public? I do that when I just wanna grab quick food in stores. I probably won't do it in big cities though. Plus those behaviors are never the majority and are frowned upon.

Also is the op's article from some reputable source? Because I found a couple of glaring grammatical errors.
