Wow Japans spends more as % of GDP on R&D than the U.S. cool.
Surprise to see India spends more than Russia and Brazil on R&D.
We are not doing bad either, but I think we should be doing better than south Korea.

All the above mentioned countries are a bunch of useless countries. Look at Vietnam, they spend next to nothing on R&D and yet, according to the Boq guy, they are at the very edge of high-tech.

Try to learn from Vietnam, you will save tons of money and still come out with the most wonderful things.
