Guys! Here's a rare 10 minute video I found on You Tube on the the 1971 war. Hear Swaran Singh lambaste the USA ,at the UN Security Council in 1971, which slammed India for the operation. They had even sent their 7th Fleet into the Bay of Bengal to help Pakistan, but were pissed that it had zero effect on the Indian onslaught (thanks to the Soviet subs too).

Niazi says in the video that he will fight to the last man, even as his Forces were surrendering! He then forgets his bombast and surrenders himself within hours! (Seems he didn't want to be that last man standing!!! )

Interesting stuff. Worth a dekho!

Hey here's one more in which they've shown the role of Indian Navy in 71. It's superb
