Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha, realizing the immense potential of nuclear energy as a viable alternative source for electric power generation, launched the Indian Nuclear Programme in March 1944.

Ok trolling aside he was a fine and exceptional example in South Asia in the field of advance scientific research...at that early stages
Before the 1990s, india was highly committed to use it only for peaceful purposes. The first successful test was in 1974 . You might actually be interested to know that indira gandhi even conversed with your premiere on the possibility of sharing this technology.
It was in 1966 bro & i dont think that ISI was powerful enough to do such an operation..If that incident was planned, it must be the CIA.
Good find...
why does doordarshan always use sitar and santoor in everything... while showing flower show and garden it might be okey....
Precious little is known about India's rare earth metal capabilities and real reserves of fissile material. Having done a stint at BARC and having known some special metallurgists, I can only say that India is one of the most severly underrated countries when it comes to rare earth metals, radioactive material and metallurgy capabilities!
I know dear....but its not fun to visit any India related thread where ISI is not blamed.....BTW I don't think CIA was involve either.....
