Field MArshall Ayub Khan was a great leader. I would probably rate him as the best thing that happened to Pakistan since Saheed-I-Millat Laiquat Ali Khan. He did not attempt a coup but he was handed power. The development which happened during his time, we have not seen. The only thing that led to his downfall was the activities of his sons.
