Chewing tobacco is wet strip cut tobacco leaves infused with something sweet (molasses etc.), you place a wad of it in between your gums and the side of your inner cheeks. The juice is what gives you the tobacco high. They market it as 'smokeless' tobacco but you get oral cancer out of it anyway. And you have to spit out the juice constantly into what are called 'spittoons' in the US.
I am not a chewing tobacco fan so couldn't tell you how different it is from Naswar. They do also give you a bit of lightheaded ness from what I've heard.
Hookah's are good to take a few light puffs of - after a nice heavy meal (Paya, Biryani and Shami Kabab comes to mind).
