With all respect, reasons that someone may be involved does not constitute evidence, not in the realm of logic, nor in a court of law. it builds possible intent, but it is very very circumstantial.
I am not denying or confirming Indian involvement. That's the point. An open mind. but where is the evidence one way or the other? You cannot ask someone to prove Indians are not invovled, because the onus is always on the person making the claim in the positive.
At the same time I don't entertain Indian claims that Pakistan is involved in the Mumbai bombings either, for the same reason. No evidence. If both countries could refrain from making claims which inflame their publics then perhaps there is a step forward to better relations.
on osama lol, he was on video saying he ordered 9/11. The mastermind of 9/11 has been arrested, and is a proven Al Qaeda top operative. Lots of helpers and surrounding people have been arrested or killed, including Mosssoui. Laptop information, files, money trails, money have been uncovered. Signal and phone intercepts, videos filmed by spies, suicide notes etc. Witnesses, both prosecution witnesses and independent attest to it. It's overwhelming.
Let's just say that even Europe when confronted with the evidence has been convinced, and they are very big on human rights.
