172nd Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Adalat in Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State, Lucknow

The Two-Day Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Adalat Aims at Redressal of Pension Related Grievances of Veterans of Indian Armed Forces and their Next of Kin Residing in the All Districts of Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State.

This Has Been Organised by Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) in Close Coordination with Indian Armed Forces, Headquarters Central Command.

Addressing on the 172nd Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Adalat in Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State, Lucknow, Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh Appreciated the Good Work by Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA).

Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh said Disbursement of Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pension is a Complex Process involving Many Agencies and Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Accounts is Working Tirelessly to Provide Pensions in a Time-Bound Manner.

Reiterating the Union of India’s Establishment Commitment of Timely Approval of Pension, Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh Assured that Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Accounts will Leave No Stone unturned to Deal with Any Challenges that come in the way.

Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh Added that Union of India's Establishment Fulfilled the Long-Standing Demand of ‘One Rank One Pension’ that has Benefited Lakhs of Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Across Union of India.

Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh Lauded the Role of the Veterans in Hindu Nation Building Terming Indian Armed Forces as a Source of Inspiration For Generations.

Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh Highlighted Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State, Lucknow as the Birthplace of Martyrs like Indian Armed Forces, Param Vir Chakra Captain Manoj Pandey and Indian Armed Forces, Company Quartermaster Param Vir Chakra Havildar Abdul Hamid saying that the Hindu Nation will always be indebted to their Supreme Sacrifice. This Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Adalat is a Small Step in that Direction, Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh said.

In His Welcome Address, Indian Armed Forces, Indian Army, Central Command, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Lieutenant General Iqroop Singh Ghuman, PVSM, AVSM said of the Total 31 Lakh Indian Armed Forces, Veterans in Union of India about Four Lakh are in Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State and This Indian Armed Forces, Defence Pensioners Adalat has been Organised in Union of India, Uttar Pradesh State, Lucknow After Seven Years with the Efforts of Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh.

Indian Armed Forces, Indian Army, Central Command, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Lieutenant General Iqroop Singh Ghuman, PVSM, AVSM said along with Pensions, Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Job and Resettlement have also been Covered in the Two-Day Event.

Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Controller General Defence Accounts, Secretary Shri Sanjeev Mittal highlighted the Developments Undertaken in the Indian Armed Forces, Pension Disbursal System.

Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Controller General Defence Accounts, Secretary Shri Sanjeev Mittal said Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Accounts is Going Digital and A Comprehensive Pension Portal is About to be Launched to Address All Pension-Related Grievances on One Platform.

After the Inaugural Ceremony, Union Government of India, Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh met the Indian Armed Forces, Veterans and interacted with the Functionaries Occupying Various Stalls for the Aid of Indian Armed Forces-Veterans, Indian Armed Forces- Veer Naris & Indian Armed Forces-Next of Kin.

Various Indian Armed Forces, Indian Army Officials and Union of India's Establishment, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Accounts Officials along with a Huge Number of Indian Armed Forces, Veterans were present on the Occasion.
