Even going near women these days or even mentioning the word Sex around them has become dangerous these days in India. This guy actually had the balls to have sex with ehr and tell her he will marry her ?

So because he told her he would marry her she agreed to have sex on first date with this guy? And the guy lies to girls for temporary pleasure?

You may consider him to be an asshole. But it is his fundamental right to be an asshole, if that's what he chooses to do, the law protects his right to do so.

Provided the age of consent is 16, he has not committed a crime.
