i strongly agree with you. govt should offer jobs and rewards. after all they have to support there families. it will encourage other baloch people thats govt. is serious about them.

Good news.The Naraaz Baloch r now understanding that killing people and blowing up pipelines wont do them any good.They will prosper if they let all the developmental projects go on smoothly and let Balochistan to come at par with other provinces..Education,jobs,infrastructure will gradualy b developed if peace sustains their for sometime.

u guys might be confused about naraz bloch stuff but in reality its the sardars who r making a goodwill to army cos there was an agreement of half term chamge government in balochistan so they are racing for the throne
