what crap? So Nokia must focus only on E Series and let 'gracefully' the lower end market for other competitors. Or maybe according to you Unilvere should make only Dove and not Lifebuoy no matter how big the opportunity?
China hasn't 'gracefully' given into anything, it is INCAPABLE of...
What Xinx said was right. MKI can pick out the F 16 faster, fire out the missle and move away. You can have lots of multi page sections creating hypothetical scenarios how they won't be like that but that won't change the facts. It's not for nothing tht MKIs are called 'mini AWACS'
Ok. The HAL test centre is in Banglore in an area surrounded by lots of defence organizations (LRDE, GTRE etc.). The airstrip and hangar adjoin a lake which, on the other side adjoins a IT park with motorola, HP etc. and Mine is the first building when you look at it from HAL side and...
Dude it might be argued that the problems with NAL are not NAL's issues alone...all oversight teams for scientific institutions in India have been extremely shoddy in the way they have funded critical projects. SARAS for instance never really got the funding it needed, it was released in...
LCA already has a trainer right? I guess what this project can do is fasten waht we call 'Combat Attack Trainer' which are being looked at to supplement and compensate for AJT Hawks. But I guess it's good that EADS is starting discussions with possible export market right at the start.
I think a strong collaboration (if it was possible) early on could open other possibilities- like servicing/ component production or maintainance contracts....if only our relations were that open....
Why would an admiral commit suicide in a firing range where he has gone to inspect something? Ridiculous. **** happens, that's all. Too sad for the brave soul. Indian cops...I haven't really seen them crack any genuine cases, they're always there to cook up conspiracy theories to get some...
Oh I've tried with my samsung phone dude. But I can tell you, the stories from what I've seen are much more than what you'd read on the news- I knows some real spices :azn:
And may the national auditor hang himself. If we keep proceeding at the snail's pace that our babus set, we just won't finish any project before 20 yrs. I'd rather have an aggressive PSU that takes some risk than one that keeps looking over it's shoulders before taking every step.
I believe so too, but I've also heard of some really weird wing designs being discussed by the guys who're working on it. Apparently some of these designs give exceptional efficiency (though I don't think they're using it for these birds)
OK Gentlemen...may I inform you that I have SEEN the LCH MANY MANY times with mine own eyes over the last everal months....the damn thing keeps flying all around my building...
The reason why I'm happy is because I DON"T want India to let go of TURBOPROPS which might get affected because we want to prove a point with jets. Sure jets look cooler but the turbos are really efficient and will be a very important part of future aviation.
You guys are counting on exports because it'll bring down overall costs for you later on. Re export restrictions will have it's implications, if not in actual nos. of sqadrons inducted with the said engine, at least on the cost...royalties and additional earnings from exports etc. would bring...
At least one of the ships ought to be catobar to fly the hawkeye. The ships IAC-1 which is 40,000+ T and IAC 2 rumored to be 60,000 T definitely have enough horzon to operate surveillance aircraft which are not heli mounted. But their deck landing and take off cannot be on ski jumps alone to...
