Tk.1,330/ton Transit Fee Proposed for Indian Goods

Actually, these are the transit charges. It's sort of a trade agreement between East and Southern African countries. Of course there would be additional charges if the cargo is intended for Bangladeshi markets, including customs etc.

Red Bull used KERS today, but only intermittantly. The system failed in Webber's car, otherwise he would have been right up there with Vettel. Though I agree, I hope Red Bull can modify their car to accommodate KERS by China.

    Formula 1

It's the team's fault IMO. Each driver is given 3 sets of Prime and 3 sets of Option tyres for Quali + race. Hamilton already used up 2 sets of soft for Quali, so he had to use the hard tyres in the race. Add to that their baffling pit stop strategy, Mclaren basically ruined the race for Hamilton.

Relax madi and stay on topic. If you want to discuss the BSF or Tipaimukh Dam, go to the relevant threads or open a new one. Don't make illogical and emotional statements.

    Formula 1

Isn't that good? It's making the races so exciting, not like the processions we had in the last few years of Bridgestone.

Hamilton got the penalty for weaving in front of Alonso, which was a lap or 2 before the contact with alonso. The contact affected Alonso, not Hamilton. Alonso has also been given a 20 sec penalty for it, quite stupid actually

BTW, I just came across another report by a consultancy firm (Castalia Advisors) who have performed an analysis on the same. Tk.1,330/ton Transit Fee Proposed for Indian Goods

Naah, I'm from the transport infra industry, specifically project financing and structuring. But as far as I understand, this facility would be cabotage if an Indian vehicle was transporting goods from one point in Bangladesh to another point in Bangladesh. This service is more in the line of...

Then you just have to wait. Once Airtel realizes it's investment isn't paying dividend, they'll automatically shut shop.

:woot: Are you the one calling me everyday trying to sell me insurance? Seriously though, is it even legal to have so many sims? Why do you need 9 Sim cards?

Airtel has unfair advantage, say Dhaka operators

If Airtel have the worst service, then why do Bangladeshis go for Airtel? If they don't use Airtel numbers, the company will automatically go bust.

Tk.1,330/ton Transit Fee Proposed for Indian Goods

As I said before, the international standard for Highways is in terms of number of Axles per km, while the same for Railways is in GTKM (Gross Tonne per kilometer).

Airtel has unfair advantage, say Dhaka operators

    It's exactly opposite in Delhi/NCR.

Airtel has unfair advantage, say Dhaka operators

Yeah, I'd prefer paying 0.2 p/sec more rather than not getting any network coverage or having call drops.
