Athens in flames after passage of austerity measures

If a govt. does not have enough money to repay it's citizen, how will it invest in essentials like infrastructure, education etc? The only way for it to repay the debt (internal or external) is to raise funds through other means (tax increases, spending cuts etc.). This results in slowdown in...

Athens in flames after passage of austerity measures

Look at it as a % of GDP, a real eye opener. No wonder countries like the UK are having to take austerity measures. @Gounder: The concept of Euro is fine if the participating countries have equivalent economies. Having developing nations in the Eurozone is just not feasible.

Mostly Batman ones and Superman ones. My favorite of them was 'Clay', a real badass character. (I got around 15 - 20, don't remember all). But it's not that fun to actually read the comics when you get older, because I think your imagination is not that vivid. I've given them to my nephew to...

Yup, added a lot of Diamond and DC Comics to my collection (surprise, surprise, they were pretty cheap). Got some souvenirs (T-shirts, mugs etc) as well. Unfortunately, as I mentioned before, a lot of publishers (like Raj comics) didn't participate. There were book launches, competitions...

Israel is the biggest terrorist in the middle east.

Hmmm, looks like the family is caught in cross-fire, and the soldier is trying to talk to them and guide them to safety. The gun is pointed nowhere, and the children are staring at something far away.

    Fortress India

Dude, in a way he is also correct. Hindus consider everything around them as pious. So we have an Agni dev, Dharti mata, Vayu dev etc. We even consider our parents to be sacred. That's why the word for mother, 'Ma' or 'Mata', is sacred to us.
