This sounds strange as hydraulic system cannot be a backup for FBW as only a computer can make an unstable plane fly. That is why FBW systems use redundancy.

That is true. DMRL has successfully developed SC blades, but its is facing challenges in large scale production. Tender talks about TOT. The question here is can that TOT be used for independently designing future engines by GTRE. I ask this question because we got TOT for SU30 MKI engines...
