In my opinion the Mi-26T2 is a better option for the IAF.The CH-47 should be for the Army Aviation Corps. The CH-47's are perfect for transporting the M777 howitzers.
I hope they really standardise their small arms inventory.Lately they've been buying plethora of weapons from the US, Bulgaria and Serbia and they already have small arms donated from the coalition countries and the ones they had before the invasion.
The AR-15's were definitely not a good...
Special Forces use more than just one type of Assault Rifle or any other small arm. That's why you see most special forces organisations with a plethora of small arms albeit in small quantities. For example your SAS use Colt Canada C8's as their standard carbine, but there are a few G36K and...
Correct but that isn't an AKS74U either.Has the Galil's receiver, sights, charging handle and stock but a really weird compensator.Wonder where Tshering 22 actually got this pic from.I've been trying to scrounge the forum for hours from where the image is hotlinked trying to know which gun is...
AK-100 series are based upon the improvements made on the AK-74M.Folding synthetic stock, syntheticr furniture and other changes being the improvements on the AK-74M.AK-74 is a 5.45x39mm Assault Rifle while the AK-47/AKM is a 7.62x39mm assault rifle that's the main difference between them.

What about PKM's and RPD's?Does the...
Couples of questions I wanted to ask.
1)What's the standard issue side-arm of the Pakistan Army?
2)The PK-10's that POF produces are they licensed/unlicensed copies of the Beretta 92's or an indigenous design?
3)Lastly what all AK various variants are in use by PA?I am aware of Type 56...
They are Delhi Police Commandos.I am not sure if both the SWAT and commandos are the same guys or different.
Both the Commandos and SWATS seem to have the same badge a sword with the letter C superimposed over it.Could be the same training academy maybe.
Not even a single component of the prototypes T-50 is Indian. The FGFA will be Indo-Russian not the T-50 like the Su-30MKI.It's like saying the baseline Su-30's are Indo-Russian aircraft which is not the case as only the Su-30MKI is Indo-Russian.
SMT/UPG is basically a deep upgrade of the MiG-29 consisting of a structural changes to the airframe most prominent of it being the dorsal hump, newer avionics and radar, refuelling probe and newer engines. The MiG-29K/KUB is a completely different variant of the MiG-29 designed for operations...
CZ805 and INSAS don't have the same magazines which are similar in anyway. They both have proprietary magazines the only thing common between them is that they both are translucent.
